Topic: Funding for All-Stars

Board discussed the funding for the 10u, Pa. Express 12u, 14u, and two 18u teams.

The following fees were discussed. New Cumberland $125.00, CV Fire Cracker $195.00, ASA States $250.00, and Mechanicsburg $135.00.

Motion was made by Timi Lesperance , seconded by Tammy Scheibley, and voted to fund the following by all members present.

10u – New Cumberland, ASA States, and Mechanicsburg for a total of $510.00.

Pa Express 12u – all four tournaments for a total of $705.00.

14u – all four tournaments for a total of $705.00

Sting 18u – all four tournaments @ $50.36/playerl for 12 players for a total of $ 604.28.

Victory Lane Construction 18u – all four tournaments @ $50.36/player for 5 players for a

Total of $251.80.

Along with the tournament cost a cost for shirt allowances was also approved for the age groups. We do not have a cost for this item as yet. It was agreed to allow the Treasurer to research and distribute the funding for this cost.
