DAGSA Board Meeting 12/17/14

AK, motions to accept meeting minutes, JE seconds.  All in favor.

Slow Pitch meeting - Shermansdale may have 10U slow pitch, Duncannon likely to have 2-3 10U slow pitch. Mike Ritter discussed possibly having a modified pitch for slow pitch.  Shermansdale and Duncannon need to meet to determine which league we need to play in.

Sponsors:  Have sent out letters for discounts before December 31st.  Have received 3 full sponsors and 1 donation.

President's report:  Penn Twp looking into getting a new key for concession and will work on getting Dimetex.

Registration needs to be clear on what options parents are looking at for their daughter.

Opening Day:  April 18th, rain date April 19th

Work Weekend March 28th, rain date March 29th 8-12 at Penn twp and April 11th, April 12th Wagner Park 8-12

New Business:  Tractor at Penn Twp - sprays oil.  Greg will look into donation from other business or cost to fix.  Needs a new tire as well.
Jen makes a motion to purchase a microwave with a maximum purchase price of $250, Jim seconds.  All in favor
