17th minutes, Andy motions to accept, Marty seconds. All in favor.

Slow Pitch
update: Suburban is taking over the
league. CV and Cedar Cliff have committed
to that league. Charge is $125 per team
to participate.
Fast Pitch
meeting next week at Penn Twp 6pm.
Tammy makes
the motion to allow the parents to request a child move up one age level. A board member will discuss the results of
that decision before final teams are made to ensure parent agreement. A written request is required for this
change. Marty Seconds. All in favor except Lindsey opposed. Motion

Discussion of
4 year olds playing. 4 year olds will be
allowed to play tball if
they turn 5
before March 1st. They will not be
permitted to play 8UFP. Jen

Review of
By-Laws
Article XII
Draft: Jason motions change to C. In the event that a new team is added to an
age group, the draft order will have each team drafting in the first round and
then the new team will pick until it reaches the lowest number of players.
Jason motions and Greg Seconds. all in
favor except Tammy and Mike opposed.
Motion passes.
Other changes
to by-laws will be made and revised by-laws posted to the website.

Contacted Smith Tractor about getting a donated tractor. Waiting to hear back about the
possibilities. Will follow up.
