DAGSA Board Meeting 10/25/15

Call to Order at 6:05

Present:  Greg Lingle, Jason Brouse, Sharon Taube, Marty Glace, Tammy Sheibley, Andy Kreiger, Jason Urich, Ron Baker, Holli Reidlinger, Mike Brandt

Absent:  Heath Sands, Lindsey Melnick, Jim Evans

Possible option to purchase a gator with better equipment to handle the fields.

Election Officers:  President:  Jason Urich motions, Marty Seconds for Ron Baker

Vice President: Jason Urich - Jason Brouse, Tammy Sheibley seconds

Treasurer: Tammy Sheibley - Andy motions, Greg seconds

Secretary: Jen Swails - Holli motions, Tammy seconds

Concession discussion:

Rec board meeting recap:

A lot of problems with Penn Twp Rec board and the concession.

Will make a list of items that need repaired and addressed at the concession building and hand in with the contract.

Sponsorship Report:  Will send by end of the year for discount sponsorship.

Will also get plaques for team sponsor.

Pictures:  Michelle Evinger, not sure she is still doing it.  Will check options

Shirts/Printing

Option: Have all Duncannon with different colors for each team

Research other companies/talk to Artistic Image regarding issues.

Coaches to hand in equipment and keys - Jen to send out email

Possible purchase additional spring loaded machines for other older teams

Possible purchase of batting cages at each field, pitching guards

Will need to discuss with Penn and Wheatfield twp

Steve Crider - End of 2016 season he will no longer do the webpage. Will need someone to take over that task
