Meeting called to order at 5:05pm


Motion to approve Joey Gonzalez and Dave Prinz by Jen, Second by Andy. No opposition. Approved. We welcome our new board members and look forward to having them as part of the organization.


Board members are reminded that in the by-laws there is a provision that if a board member misses 3 consecutive meetings or 5 in a year, they could be reviewed for membership. Please remember to let Ron or another officer know if you are not able to attend the meetings. It is important so that we are certain we have a quorum for voting. Board members are needed not only for meeting participation, but also, helping with all the events that we host.


Treasurer report

$7,137.33 account balance

- Shed purchase $3200

- Volunteers are up, so less checks cashed! Good news

Motion to accept financial report, Jen motions and Andy seconds. Approved


Reorganization:

October as stated in by-laws

Andy motions that the officers would stay the same, Jim seconds. Approved.

Corey Fleisher inquired with Ron about looking into lights at Wagner. Will check with Holli regarding the grant possibilities and also the township. Football would be interested too.


Final review of Penn concession went well.


Last year Jen used "Time to Sign up" website to coordinate volunteer opportunities for parents. Seemed to help get more help, as well as communicate when times changed due to weather or change in schedule. Will plan to use again in the 2018 season.


New Business:

Need to look into a code of conduct for the organization to curb poor behavior by both parents and players.

Penn Work Day 3/24 with rain date 3/25: Will make sure this does not conflict with the chicken BBQ.

Registration Fee: $55 w/socks $75 volunteer fee

Jim motioned and Sharon seconded to continue with the same fees as in the previous year. Approved.


Sharon - Artistic Image - Need to get a date for completion when ordering to ensure timely order. Sharon will get new catalogs to see what they have for uniforms for next year.
