DAGSA Board Meeting January 21, 2018 4:00 PM

Present: Jim Evans, Doug Young, Holli Reidlinger, Joey Gonzalez, Dave Prinz, Marty Glace, Mike Brandt, Greg Lingle, Jason Brouse, Andy Kreiger, Ron Baker, Jen Swails, Sharon Taube

Absent: Tammy Sheibley, Jason Urich, Heath Sands

New Members:

Patty Clouser, Pam Huss and Corey Fleisher showed interest in becoming a board member for DAGSA. Holli motioned, Joey seconded, all in favor. Welcome to the three new board members. Patty Clouser was present.

It was also noted that Jon Fritz gave his resignation from the board due to his work schedule.

Pictures:

We will use Erin Deaven again for pictures. Jen will contact. No cleats can be worn inside penn twp building. Will need to figure out what to do about that on picture day.

Unforms:

Sharon presented two options for a Duncannon Softball Logo. A final design was voted on by majority and Sharon will pass the information along to Artistic Image. All uniforms will have the same logo to read Duncannon Fast Pitch.

New uniform was voted on by majority vote. Coaches will receive t-shirt. Sharon will relay to Artistic Image.

All players will receive black socks.

Spiritwear will be offered in Sport Tek and Cotton for the following: Sweatshirt, short sleeve t-shirt and long sleeve t-shirt. Sharon will work with Artistic to develop an order form for parents.

Uniform Try-On and Spirit Wear orders will be done on March 4th as long as Artistic is available between 2-4PM at the Penn Twp Bldg. (time was changed from 3-5 due to scheduling meeting at 4pm)
